Tod makes the statement that Christian leaders were trained for a world that is disappearing. What do you think about his description of the demise of "Christendom," and his assertion that since "the world in front of us is nothing like the world behind us," we will need to adopt new kinds of church leadership?
Tod makes a clear distinction between what Leadership is, and what it is not. E.g. Leadership is not authority or management. But it is 1) Essential, 2) Expressed in Behaviours, and 3) Developed. What do you think? Where do you see yourself in those definitions?
An open study group for Tod Bolsinger's book, Canoeing the Mountains. Our goal is to read the book by April 20, 2018 with roughly 1 chapter per week, and at least 1 video discussion per month. All are welcome. You can join us at any time!
